Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 Technical Support: Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for remote clients via phone, chat, and email.
- Hardware Deployment: Set up new workstations and equipment for clients receiving our premium hardware packages.
- Remote Diagnostics: Utilize remote access tools to identify and resolve system failures efficiently.
- Customer Experience: Deliver empathetic, professional support to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Documentation: Accurately document all support tickets, resolutions, and technical notes.
- Uptime Monitoring: Proactively monitor systems during your shift to ensure minimal downtime.
Qualifications
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Windows/macOS, networking basics, and troubleshooting protocols.
- Internet Stability: Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps upload/download) required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills with a focus on customer service.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
