Responsibilities

Qualifications

- 1+ years in customer service or technical support
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS and troubleshooting tools
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (provided stipend)
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 8 AM - 8 PM)
