Responsibilities
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for clients via phone, email, and remote desktop support tools.
- Customer Interaction: Deliver exceptional customer service by listening to client needs and providing clear, jargon-free solutions.
- Documentation: Accurately log all support tickets, issues, and resolutions into the CRM system for future reference.
- System Maintenance: Assist in monitoring system performance and reporting potential bugs or security vulnerabilities.
- Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the Monday-Friday support team during handover periods to ensure continuity.
- Training: Participate in weekly training sessions to stay updated on new software updates and company policies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support, IT help desk, or customer service.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in troubleshooting Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS devices; experience with VPNs and remote access software is highly preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Availability: Must be available to work full weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Independence: Self-motivated individual capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
