Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients via phone, email, and live chat on weekends.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues remotely using remote access tools.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Escalate complex issues to the Tier 2 engineering team when necessary.
- Stay updated on the latest software updates, security patches, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support, customer service, or IT helpdesk.
- Experience with remote support software (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts.
