Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via chat, email, and phone.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Maintain a high first-contact resolution rate during high-volume weekend shifts.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the engineering and product teams to escalate and report bugs.
- Adhere to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) for response and resolution times.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional experience in technical support or customer service.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office environment.
- Strong understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common applications.
- Ability to work independently and self-manage during weekend shifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
