- Identify and escalate complex technical issues to appropriate departments
- Maintain detailed knowledge of product offerings and troubleshooting protocols
- Contribute to process improvements through regular feedback sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience in remote or hybrid environments
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently

- Proficiency with support tools like Zendesk or Salesforce

- Weekend availability is mandatory (Saturday/Sunday 8am-8pm ET)
