Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Resolve complex issues using CRM tools and proprietary knowledge base
- Meet/exceed quality and productivity metrics during weekend shifts
- Document cases accurately and escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2 support
- Participate in weekly virtual team meetings and training sessions
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through empathetic communication
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience (remote preferred)
- Proven ability to work independently in a home office environment
- Strong typing skills (50+ WPM) and proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Available for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8 AM - 8 PM CST)
- High-speed internet connection and quiet workspace
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience with Zendesk or similar CRM platforms
