- Listen to audio recordings and convert them into written text with 99% accuracy.
- Proofread and edit transcripts for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting.
- Adhere to strict client guidelines and specific formatting requirements.
- Meet daily and weekly production targets within strict deadlines.
- Identify and flag any unclear audio segments or potential errors.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive client information.
- Utilize transcription software and equipment effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous transcription experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level positions.
- Typing speed of at least 60 WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong command of the English language, including grammar and vocabulary.
