Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated data pipelines using SQL and Python for real-time analytics
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI to visualize key performance metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to identify trends and anomalies in customer behavior data
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track business objectives
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, compelling data narratives
- Maintain data integrity across multiple platforms including Snowflake and Redshift
- Optimize data collection methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven SQL proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for statistical modeling
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations
- Experience with A/B testing and experimental design methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
