Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Present findings to leadership through clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Conduct A/B testing and predictive modeling to optimize business strategies
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst with remote work exposure
- Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with database management
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning concepts
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for data processing
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
