Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and forecasting to support strategic planning and budgeting.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies to ensure team knowledge sharing and consistency.
- Present findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) with SQL for database querying, data manipulation, and complex joins.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio).
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and basic statistics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain data concepts to diverse audiences.
