Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and advanced Excel techniques to identify business opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to validate hypotheses through A/B testing and statistical analysis
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data narratives and recommendations
- Maintain data integrity across multiple platforms and ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Familiarity with statistical analysis methods and experimental design
