Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and prepare large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business growth.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that translate technical findings into clear, concise business recommendations.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to understand data needs and drive project success.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current data workflows and propose automated solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying and database management) and Python or R.
- Visualization: Strong experience creating visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Advanced Excel skills and experience with data warehousing concepts.
