Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical issues, and service-related concerns
- Maintain detailed records of interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for call resolution and customer satisfaction
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years of customer service experience in remote or call-center environments
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with CRM software
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Fluency in English and Spanish (required for El Paso market)
