Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Must have access to a computer and reliable internet; company provides all necessary equipment.
- Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude.
