Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone and email during night shifts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.

- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company scripts.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
- Strong computer literacy and typing speed (40+ wpm).
