Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for remote users via chat, email, and phone.
- Manage and configure remote workstations and software applications using provided company equipment.
- Maintain detailed documentation of technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Monitor system alerts and performance metrics during off-hours to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex technical issues and improve processes.
- Ensure data security and privacy compliance while working remotely.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or helpdesk roles.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a night shift schedule (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have a high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
