About the Role:
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will leverage your troubleshooting expertise to resolve hardware and software issues, guide clients through complex processes, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 technical support via phone, chat, and email to remote clients.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware connectivity, software installation, and account access issues.

- Document all customer interactions, solutions, and troubleshooting steps in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the engineering team while maintaining communication with the client.
- Conduct regular self-audits of your home office setup to ensure compliance with company IT security policies.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on new technologies and support protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support, customer service, or help desk roles.
