Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools to internal and external clients.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage and prioritize a high volume of support tickets within established SLAs.
- Document technical resolutions in the ticketing system to maintain a comprehensive knowledge base.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to escalate complex issues and suggest product improvements.
- Conduct remote training sessions for users on new software implementations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a related IT field.
- Strong proficiency in Windows, macOS, and common office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to troubleshoot network issues and configure routers/firewalls.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.
