Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding orders, account status, and technical support.
- Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently during peak weekend hours.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and data entry in our CRM systems.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues for remote users to ensure seamless operations.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to ensure continuity of service.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
- Provide friendly, professional, and empathetic service to every customer contact.
Qualifications
- Must reside in the United States (Priority given to Indianapolis, IN area).
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection is mandatory.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a flexible schedule.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly.
