Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues with first-contact resolution
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Meet/exceed KPIs: 85% CSAT, 25+ calls/hour, <90s AHT
- Collaborate with weekday teams via Slack for complex escalations
- Participate in bi-weekly virtual training sessions
- Maintain 100% weekend availability (Sat/Sun 8am-8pm EST)
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in high-volume environment
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Proficient in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Home office with reliable high-speed internet
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
- Type 45+ WPM with strong computer navigation skills
- Must reside in Georgia for state compliance
