Responsibilities
- Design and implement ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems and generative AI
- Conduct bias audits and fairness assessments across machine learning pipelines
- Develop stakeholder engagement protocols for transparent AI decision-making
- Lead cross-functional working groups on emerging ethical challenges (deepfakes, autonomous weapons)
- Create audit trails and compliance documentation for regulatory bodies
- Advocate for human-centered AI design in product development cycles
- Author thought leadership papers on AI ethics for industry conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, Ethics, or related field with 5+ years AI ethics experience
- Expertise in EU AI Act, NIST AI Risk Framework, and global regulatory landscapes
- Proficiency in Python and statistical analysis for bias detection
- Demonstrated success influencing organizational AI policy development
- Published research in AI ethics or responsible technology journals
- Experience with participatory design methods and stakeholder engagement
- Strong background in moral philosophy and applied ethics
