Responsibilities
- Develop ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems deployed by 2026
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineers to embed ethical safeguards in AI architectures
- Produce predictive ethical impact assessments for emerging technologies
- Establish industry-wide benchmarks for AI transparency and accountability
- Represent the company at global ethics summits and regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior ethicists through our 'Future Guardians' program
Qualifications
- PhD in Philosophy, Computer Science, or Ethics with 5+ years in tech ethics
- Published research on algorithmic bias mitigation or AI alignment
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42071 and EU AI Act compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in ethical impact modeling tools (e.g., Ethics Canvas, Moral Machine)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing implications for ethical systems
- Track record of influencing policy at state or federal level
- Certification in Responsible AI from IEEE or ACM
