Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI ethics frameworks for autonomous systems deployed in 2026+ markets
- Lead cross-functional task forces including engineers, legal, and social scientists to audit algorithmic fairness
- Produce white papers and policy recommendations for governmental bodies on AI governance
- Design bias mitigation protocols for generative AI models serving 50M+ users
- Partner with product teams to embed ethical-by-design principles in development lifecycles
- Present at global forums like AI Ethics Summit 2026 and World Technology Congress
- Mentor junior specialists in emerging ethics methodologies and regulatory trends
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Ethics, Philosophy, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years AI governance experience
- Proven track record in developing AI ethics frameworks for regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or autonomous systems)
- Expertise in algorithmic bias auditing tools (IBM AI Fairness 360, Google What-If Tool)
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals on AI ethics or responsible innovation
- Deep familiarity with EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and emerging 2026 regulatory landscapes
