Responsibilities
- Architect and execute AI strategy for 2026 product roadmap, aligning with company vision and market demands
- Lead cross-functional teams of researchers, engineers, and domain experts to deliver breakthrough AI solutions
- Identify and integrate emerging AI technologies (neuromorphic computing, generative AI, quantum ML) into production systems
- Develop ethical AI frameworks ensuring responsible deployment and regulatory compliance
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships and research grants for AI initiatives
- Present findings and roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Mentor AI talent through our Quantum Leap Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record shipping production AI systems serving 1M+ users
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and multi-modal AI
- Published research in top-tier AI/ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, CVPR)
- Experience securing federal grants or venture capital for AI ventures
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
