Responsibilities

- Secure $2M+ in federal and private research grants annually
- Present breakthrough findings at top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Mentor PhD researchers and publish 4+ high-impact papers annually
- Partner with product teams to commercialize research outputs
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry R&D experience
- Proven track record of publishing in top AI/ML journals (NeurIPS, ICML, JMLR)
- Expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Experience securing federal research grants (DARPA, NSF)
- Strong proficiency in PyTorch/TensorFlow and quantum computing frameworks
- Demonstrated leadership in scaling AI teams from 5 to 50+ researchers
- Published work on AI ethics and responsible AI deployment
