- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping immersive metaverse and neural interface solutions
- Establish governance frameworks for autonomous systems and ethical AI deployment
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies requiring strategic integration
- Design resilient cybersecurity protocols for quantum-resistant data architectures
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technological roadmaps with business objectives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology architecture with proven experience in future-proof systems
- Expertise in quantum computing principles, blockchain 3.0, and neuromorphic engineering
- Certification in emerging technology foresight (e.g., Gartner Foresight, MIT Horizon Scanning)
- Portfolio demonstrating deployment of at least three next-gen tech frameworks
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance and regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
- Experience with metaverse development platforms (Unity, Unreal Engine, Decentraland)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies preferred
