- Establish KPI frameworks measuring ecosystem resilience and innovation velocity
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present ecosystem blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology architecture with 5+ years in future-focused strategy roles
- Proven track record designing scalable enterprise systems handling 10M+ transactions
- Expertise in quantum-resistant cryptography and post-quantum security protocols
- Deep understanding of Web3, metaverse infrastructure, and decentralized identity
- Published research or patents in emerging technology adoption patterns
- Certification in Systems Thinking and Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFS)
- Experience securing $50M+ in technology innovation funding
