- Produce annual '2026 Horizon Reports' for board stakeholders and investors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic and industry research pioneers
- Present foresight insights at global conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Certification in scenario planning or futures methodologies (e.g., WFS, IFTF)
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
