Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technology strategy for the company, specifically focusing on trends and technologies that will define 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee research and development efforts in emerging fields such as Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), Quantum Computing, and Web3.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, resilient, and secure system architectures capable of handling next-gen workloads.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit and mentor top-tier technical talent to build a future-ready engineering team.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical roadmaps into compelling narratives for investors, board members, and executive leadership.
- Partnerships: Evaluate and establish partnerships with tech vendors and academic institutions focused on future technologies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Future Tech Fluency: Demonstrated knowledge of AI/ML trends, blockchain integration, and predictive analytics relevant to the 2026 timeframe.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, undefined problems and adapt to rapidly changing technological landscapes.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
