Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in leadership roles
- PhD in AI, Quantum Computing, or Sustainable Engineering
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Track record of commercializing 2+ patented technologies
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic chips
- Experience securing $5M+ in government/venture funding
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming (Qiskit)
- Fluency in Mandarin and English for global partnerships
