- Define the technical vision for our autonomous agent ecosystems, ensuring scalability and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate futuristic concepts into production-grade code and hardware integrations.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI governance and data privacy in decentralized networks.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership or advanced research roles.
- Expert proficiency in Python, Rust, and modern cloud-native frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and computer vision.
- Demonstrated experience in integrating AI with hardware interfaces (IoT, AR/VR, Robotics).
- Strong background in system design, distributed systems, and high-availability solutions.
