Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps across AI, quantum computing, and emerging biotech sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Build and manage a global network of technology futurists and academic partners
- Design and implement ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and quantum systems
- Drive incubation of moonshot projects with $10M+ innovation budgets
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Biotechnology with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from lab to market ($100M+ impact)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neurotech
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.) or equivalent industry patents
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Portfolio of successfully commercialized emerging technologies
