Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in future-tech roles
- Published research in Nature or Science journals
- Proven track record of scaling R&D teams to 100+ members
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and neural-symbolic AI
- Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global partnerships
