Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech leadership, with 5+ years in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-disrupting products
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in strategic technology forecasting and competitive analysis
- Strong background in scaling engineering teams from 10 to 50+ members
- Certified in AI ethics frameworks and sustainable tech practices
