Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps across quantum computing, biotechnology, and AI convergence domains
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with global scalability
- Anticipate societal and ethical implications of emerging technologies through horizon scanning
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints focused on sustainable technology adoption and circular economy principles
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of experimental learning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record leading technology initiatives with 3+ year strategic planning cycles
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Published research or patents in high-impact journals/conferences
- Experience scaling global innovation teams across 3+ continents
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for frontier technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex visions to diverse audiences
