Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with business objectives
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize innovation opportunities
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring technological readiness and adoption
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Author thought leadership content on future technology implications
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies with proven trend analysis experience
- Exceptional strategic planning and cross-functional leadership skills
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
- Experience building technology roadmaps for 3-5 year horizons
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, or PhD preferred)
- Portfolio of successful technology commercialization or innovation initiatives
- Excellent communication with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
