Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models for technological and societal evolution through 2026
- Produce quarterly foresight reports on AI ethics, biotechnology, and climate adaptation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into product roadmaps
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend validation
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for geopolitical and market volatility
- Present findings to executive stakeholders with data-driven visualizations
- Monitor horizon scanning signals from 50+ global innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or trend analysis
- Proficiency in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., STEEP, Delphi)
- Published work on technological or societal forecasting
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-mapping projects
- Certification in Strategic Foresight preferred
