Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic roadmaps using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify emerging technologies and market opportunities
- Quantify risks and opportunities through predictive modeling and data visualization
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Partner with R&D to incubate disruptive solutions for 2026+ market demands
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or corporate innovation
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Futures Studies, or related field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic frameworks
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
