Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives to prototype and scale future-facing solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with emerging technological and societal shifts
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations translating complex future scenarios into actionable business insights
- Curate and analyze global data streams (AI, biotech, climate, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists in strategic methodologies
- Represent the company at global forums on future trends and 2026 industry transformation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Future Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities with executive-level communication skills
- Proven track record of translating future insights into tangible business strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous, rapidly evolving environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (preferred)
