Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, geopolitics, and socioeconomic domains
- Develop predictive frameworks for 2026+ scenarios using quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Produce executive briefings and strategic roadmaps for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Maintain proprietary database of emerging disruptors and paradigm shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to validate future technology adoption curves
- Publish thought leadership in industry journals and at global forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi techniques, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (e.g., R, Python, Tableau)
