Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/socioeconomic trends to build 2026-2030 strategic foresight models
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Design immersive foresight workshops for executive leadership teams
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating foresight into R&D priorities
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, technologists, and policymakers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record publishing future-focused research (white papers, TED talks)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience advising C-suite executives on strategic transformation
