Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead 'Horizon Scanning' initiatives to identify emerging trends with 3-5 year impact
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and external stakeholders including regulatory bodies
- Manage patent portfolios and IP strategy for breakthrough innovations
- Design and validate human-centric prototypes for 2026 use cases
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of scaling innovations from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience navigating regulatory landscapes for breakthrough technologies
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex interdependencies
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
