Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale futuristic solutions with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to pioneer next-gen technologies
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to anticipate socio-technical shifts and market disruptions
- Champion a culture of experimental innovation through incubation labs and rapid prototyping initiatives
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through change management frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurism with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3)
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with 3+ year vision cycles
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to map complex socio-technical ecosystems
- Strong network within Silicon Valley research institutions and Fortune 500 innovation teams
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
