Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology foresight framework through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' prototyping next-gen human-AI interfaces
- Architect strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and quantum research institutes
- Present quarterly innovation roadmaps to executive board with ROI projections
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget for experimental R&D initiatives
- Curate annual '2026 Vision Summit' bringing together 500+ futurists and industry disruptors
- Mentor 15-person innovation team in speculative design and exponential technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record delivering breakthrough technologies with 5+ years market impact
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent discipline
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 3 commercialized future-forward innovations
- Fluency in futures methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis, scenario planning)
