Responsibilities
- Architect strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technology adoption across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with 20+ technical specialists
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for human-AI symbiosis systems
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and industry consortiums
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets for prototype development
- Mentor futurist apprentices in emerging technology forecasting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-casting roles
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on exponential technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption curves
- Track record of launching breakthrough products (3+ case studies)
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AGI safety, and neurotech
- Certified Futurist (CF) from Association of Professional Futurists
