- Establish partnerships with research institutions and startups for cutting-edge R&D
- Present visionary roadmaps to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor innovation lab teams in agile development of futuristic prototypes
- Drive cultural transformation to embed future-thinking across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech/biotech/space sectors
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or ventures
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech
- Certification in Futurist Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience with scenario planning and trend impact analysis methodologies
