Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight initiatives for 2026+ technology adoption curves
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for future markets
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive advantage
- Establish innovation metrics and KPIs to measure future-readiness
- Collaborate with R&D to commercialize futuristic concepts
- Deliver trend reports and scenario planning for executive stakeholders
- Represent FutureWorks at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Future Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Proven track record commercializing futuristic technologies (2020-2025)
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong proficiency in AI/ML tools for predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills for C-suite and technical audiences
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CSF, WFS) preferred
