Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients using trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling disruptive technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain)
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities in 2026+ markets
- Design sustainable business models integrating ESG principles and circular economy principles

- Manage innovation portfolios with $5M+ budgets and track ROI through advanced analytics

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with measurable market impact
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (MBA preferred)
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, CDIO) or strategic foresight
