Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead discovery and prototyping of emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3)
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking
- Collaborate with C-suite to integrate innovation into core business strategy
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation lab with 10+ specialists
- Establish industry partnerships for technology scouting and co-development
- Present innovation insights to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or product development with 5+ in leadership
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies or products
- Expertise in emerging tech trends with hands-on implementation experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Certifications in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI) a plus
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives from concept to market
